About the Event

Please join me as I make the endeavour myself, with other beautiful souls to change my conscious beliefs about my body weight and appearance, and of course yours.  We will do this together, through a 6 week 2 hour on-line course via Zoom/FaceTime/Messenger depending on our attendance numbers.  This is NOT a diet craze environment.  This is a loving and nurturing group for both men and women to learn how to rethink their thoughts on their own body weight.  We will touch on mindful eating and moderate exercise.  The 6 sessions include:

1. Laying The Foundation

2. Awareness Of Eating & Exercise Patterns

3. Getting To Know Your Body

4. Mental Skills For Success

5. Emotional & Spiritual Skills For Success

6. Staying With The Plan

In this powerful, conscious approach to weight loss, you will learn:

~ the first step you MUST take for success

~ the vital questions to ask when you assess your eating habits

~ how to make small changes that yield big dividends over time

~ the mental skills for success with weight loss

~ visualizations for helping you achieve your goals

~ emotional and spiritual skills you need for achieving the healthy body you want

~ how to create a unique food and exercise plan to fit your lifestyle
