Appointment Time Slot - It is important for many reasons and especially for the
well-being of Tanya to respect the time reserved for you. The client's expectation
for Tanya to run late on appointments with no additional charge, is no longer
tolerated. Be sure to address all your concerns in a timely manner because
sessions will end on time moving forward. Failure to respect this policy will result
in extra charges for Tanya's time and energy.

Service Payment - Payment must be made 10 minutes prior to an online session
or the service will not be provided. For in-person appointments, please pay and
reschedule when you arrive so you can just float out when your service is
complete.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact
Tanya by text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule. If
notification of cancellation is less than 24 hours, the missed appointment policy
will apply. Emergency situations come up and discretion will be made by Tanya
Butson for short notice circumstances. No notice will not be tolerated.

Missed Appointment Policy - If you do not show up for your appointment and
have not notified Tanya of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you will be
charged the full price of the treatment. Failure to pay for the missed appointment
charge will result in not being welcomed back. Courtesy goes a long way.I have
