Indoor, Garden, Walking & Full Moon Meditation Circles
Tanya believes in the ability of meditation to heal your mind from the chaos of modern day life. Although not certified in meditation yet, she received a tremendous amount of training in the Heal Your Life courses. She has also personally meditated consistently for years as a way to manage stress, heal traumas, and reach her own goals. She offers some fun options to all people at all levels to enjoy some time within their own sub-conscious minds. At times, she runs complimentary Circles to give back to the Universe as a whole, collecting items requested by those in need in the community. Other times there is a nominal fee for these uplifting and calming experiences. She often mixes group discussions, angel card pulling and other helpful techniques to widen the mindset of those participating. Each meditation always has an intention and mantra to help you focus. Sometimes she has POP UP Circles too so be sure to check the EVENTS schedule and her social media platforms often for dates and times. You will be so happy you joined in on one of these!
